Remedy Simulation Group is continuing to Improve the Standard of Practice™ and proud to announce the availability of the PaperCut Trauma™ Temporary Tattoos for Moulage. These cost and time-saving tattoos were developed at the Val G. Hemming Simulation Center, a world leader in development and application of medical simulation programs and part of the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USU) by Elizabeth (Betsy) Weissbrod of the Medical Illustration Team for the Advanced Trauma Life Support Course (ATLS) and recently received an Award of Excellence from the Association of Medical Illustrators. The tattoos were licensed from the Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine (HJF) through the USU-HJF Joint Office of Technology Transfer.
We are proud and excited to distribute these high quality products, which can be used on Manikins and Standardized Patients, to the simulation community. The PaperCut Trauma™ Range is available in packs for each of the Patient Scenarios or may be purchased in individual sheets for use in a wide variety of clinical scenarios e.g Abrasions, Bruises, Burns, Dermatologic Conditions, Fractures, Gun Shot Wounds, Lacerations, Stab Wounds and Tracheal Deviation.
